02 Account Registration and Management

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.

04 Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be used.
- Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Example 2: ৳8,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (limit applies) → total balance ৳13,000.
- The welcome bonus will be awarded only once per account.
- Bonus funds will be displayed separately from cash funds.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers are valid only within a specified period; they will be cancelled once expired.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- If a bonus is abused through any promotional strategy, the bonus will be forfeited.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
- aago77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue its bonus programme at any time.
VIP Program
aago77 has three VIP levels, with weekly cashback benefits available at each level:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Users advance to higher VIP levels based on regular activity and participation on the platform. Cashback will be credited to the account automatically.
05 Gameplay and Fair Play Policy
Betting Rules
- The bet amount in each game must remain within the set limits.
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a round is incomplete due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be refunded.
- Multiple accounts placing bets together in a single game is prohibited.
Fair Play Policy
- All games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — results are completely impartial.
- Using automated bots or software to play games is strictly prohibited.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or technical error will be considered void.
- An account may be temporarily suspended to investigate suspicious gaming behaviour.
Special Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to betting on all sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA) and kabaddi:
- If betting closes before a match starts, any bet placed after that point will be considered void.
- If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If a result is altered for any reason related to match-fixing, aago77's decision will be final.
- Bets placed before a odds change in live betting will not be calculated at the changed odds.
- If the start of a match or the number of overs changes, aago77 retains discretionary authority in determining the outcome of bets.
06 Prohibited Activities
What Is Strictly Prohibited
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the aago77 platform. Violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.
- Placing bets using third-party funds.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Using bots, scripts or automation software.
- Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Applying dishonest tactics against other users.
- Attempting to hack or damage the platform's website or servers.
- Selling or transferring an account to another person.

Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- By the user: By requesting account closure through the support team.
- By aago77: Immediately, in the event of a breach of terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
- Before account closure, the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided — provided no breach of terms and conditions has occurred.
- Bonus funds will be forfeited at the time of termination.
